Recently, two kids were kicked out of a minor league ball park for sitting during the singing of "God Bless America" during the seventh inning stretch.
They are allegedly suing the ballpark. Really? Is a violation of there constitutional right?
It's not, but sitting during a tribute patriotic song while everyone is standing is pretty childish, unless of course your 85, or have no legs.
